Abdullahi Mohamed

Hi, my name is Abdullahi and I’m a second year medical student at the University of Alberta. As someone who comes from a marginalized background I recognize the social barriers associated with pursuing higher education. It is in this context that we created EEES, an organization tailored to support underserved youth in achieving their academic and career goals. With EEES I hope that we’re able to serve Edmonton communities and address the gaps in educational equity. Some fun facts about me is that I’m an avid soccer player and when I’m not at work or school you’ll most likely find me on the soccer field wrecking Tariq! I also love hiking in nature and can speak four languages.
